Clif Kussmaul, PhD, is Principal Consultant at Green Mango Associates, LLC. Formerly he was Associate Professor at Muhlenberg College, Fulbright-Nehru Scholar at the University of Kerala, Chief Technology Officer at Elegance Technologies, Inc, Senior Member of Technical Staff at NeST Technologies, Inc., and Assistant Professor at Moravian College. He has a PhD from the University of California, Davis, a MS and MA
from Dartmouth College, and a BS and BA from Swarthmore College.
Beth holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Pacific Lutheran University (1996) and a master’s degree in Social Work from Walla Walla University (2001). She was awarded the Graduate Dean’s Scholastic Achievement Award upon graduation from her MSW. Beth has been working in the area of social work for more than 24 years. She spent 12 years working in social work in the United States.
Rhodarlin Lamptey is passionate about unlocking the intricacies of mathematics and statistics for her students. She holds a Master of Science degree in Mathematical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics. She brings a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience in the classroom.

Meet Mensimah Esi Acquah, a seasoned educator with over ten years of classroom teaching and administration in tertiary education; she is currently working as the Career Services Officer at Palm University College. Mensimah firmly believes that “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.”
Her ability to interact with learners outside of the classroom has been honed via her mentoring of students in a variety of extracurricular activities. Mensimah is committed to helping students in her new position navigate their academic journey, considering potential job pathways, and acquire critical life skills. She wants to build a network of support that helps students succeed academically, personally, and professionally by taking a student-centered approach.

Emmanuella Mawuse Donani is a dedicated Officer at the Palm Centre for Ethical Leadership. In this role, she plays a key part in organizing and planning a variety of leadership programs. Her responsibilities also include conducting research and building collaborations with external organizations, community leaders, and alumni.
Emmanuella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and is currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Sociology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. With a strong background in research and administration within the academic sector, Emmanuella is passionate about applying her sociological insights to real-world challenges. Elizabeth Serwaa Baah is a passionate lecturer in computer science and information technology, dedicated to inspiring the next generation of IT professionals, especially young women. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity, information systems security, networking, database management, and website design. Her research interests lie in the areas of privacy, data protection, and eLearning.
Ms. Baah holds a BSc. and MPhil in ICT from the University of Education, Winneba. Known for her patience and detail-oriented approach, she empowers students to reach their full potential. She is also a member of She Code Africa.
Patience Akua Afreh is a seasoned educator and researcher with over five years of experience in academia, specializing in supply chain management, teaching, and research. She holds a PhD in Business Administration (ongoing) from the University of Cape Coast, a Master of Commerce in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the University of Cape Coast. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast.
Prior to her academic career, Patience gained valuable professional experience in various roles, including Project Coordinator at the United Africa Development Aid, where she contributed to empowering women and advancing girl-child education. As an Administrative Officer at Bedita Pharmaceuticals, she demonstrated her expertise in supply chain management by optimizing pharmaceutical supply chain processes.
As an educator, Patience is known for her dedication to student success. She has a proven track record of effectively teaching undergraduate students, providing mentorship, and supervising academic projects. Her commitment to student learning has been recognized with the “Outstanding Teacher” award.

Ernest Duku is an accomplished professional with a passion for teaching, research, and advancing human resource practices. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast, where he graduated with a CGPA of 3.7/4.0. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Resource Enterprise and Entrepreneurship (First Class) from the University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani, and an HND in Tourism (First Class) from the Cape Coast Technical University (CCTU).
With over five years of experience in training and human resource management at SOCFINAF Ghana Limited, Mr. Duku has developed expertise in recruitment, employee development, performance management, compensation management, and training programs. He has also served as a Teaching Assistant at Cape Coast Technical University, where he supported lecturers and mentored students.
Currently, Mr. Duku is a Lecturer at Palm University College. He combines his academic background and professional experience to inspire and develop future leaders. His research interests include recruitment and selection, organizational behavior, and employee training and development. He is committed to contributing to the academic community through impactful teaching and research.
Gabriel is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant, Ghana (ICAG) and the Institute of Chartered Economist, Ghana (ICEG). He has over eight (8) years post qualification experience in Industry, Teaching and Practice.
Yayra is a qualified Social Worker with over six years of work experience in the area of Group and Individual Counseling. She has extensive knowledge in needs assessment and offering of support and guidance to survivors of abuse and trauma.
Aaron Amadu Baba is a Lawyer by profession and a Senior Military Officer. He is currently a Directing Staff (Lecturer) at the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFCSC). He is a Certified Mediator and Arbitrator of the National Labour Commission. He is also an Executive Member and a Facilitator in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) with the Ghana Association of Certified Mediators and Arbitrators (GHACMA).
Charles Aaron Adams Ekuban is an accomplished educator and researcher with a strong academic foundation in economics and a passion for Leadership, mentoring and inspiring students. With dual master's degrees in Economics and Regional Economics, an HND in Statistics, a Diploma in HRM and a BEd in Social Studies, he combines theoretical knowledge with practical insights to deliver impactful and engaging lectures. Currently pursuing a PhD in Sustainable Development, with comprehensive exams completed, Charles embodies a multidisciplinary approach to addressing global leadership and complex economic and regional challenges. His research interests span Leadership, Organizational Climate, Sustainability, Regional Development, Climate Change, and Economic Resilience—fields that are pivotal in tackling contemporary global and local issues.

Enoch E. Damson is a Professor of Computer Information Systems at The University of Akron (OH, USA) with over 21 years in higher educational instruction and administration.
He joined The University of Akron in January 1999, first as an instructor of Computer Information Systems (CIS), and rose through the ranks to become full professor in 2011. In 2013, Damson was appointed Chair of the Department of Business and Information Technology (BIT) at The University of Akron.
For seven years, Damson steadily steered the Department of Business and Information Technology through the development and implementation of four bachelor’s degrees (BS CIS – Cybersecurity, BS CIS – Digital Forensics, BS CIS – Programming, and BS CIS – Web Development). He also managed the department through significant growth in student enrollment and degree awards, and propelled the department to be among the top departments at The University of Akron with the most student enrollment headcounts, student credit hour production, and degree awards. Besides his leadership in initiating and implementing academic policies, curriculum reviews, and program assessments, he also led efforts in the department to secure accreditation for the department’s associate and bachelor’s degree programs.
Damson also served as Program Director for a Bachelor of Organizational Supervision program, Co-Program Director for the CIS – Programming and CIS – Web Development associate and bachelor’s programs, and Lead Faculty for several computer information systems courses.
During Enoch Damson’s time at The University of Akron, he has led or been involved in several activities for his department, college, university, the northeast Ohio community, the state of Ohio’s higher education system, and across the USA and Ghana. His core academic interests are in the areas of software development, database management and implementation, and web development.
Enoch Damson is well-traveled and has experience in the IT industry as network administrator, software developer, and a consultant, in addition to his 21+ years of teaching experience in computing. He is also well-experienced in program development, assessments, and accreditation.
Damson began his primary and secondary school education in Ghana before moving to the United States via Singapore, Zimbabwe, and the United Kingdom to pursue his undergraduate and graduate education.
He completed a BBA in Management Information Systems and an MS in Software Engineering both at Andrews University (MI, USA) and also completed graduate work in Geography/Geographic Information Sciences at The University of Akron (OH, USA).
Dr. Stephen O. Agyei Mensah is a consultant who holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D) from the Oklahoma State University (1996), an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University (1983), a Master of Science from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore (1993) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Ghana (1979).
He is passionate about Computers, Information Systems, Technology and Project Management and has taught several courses around these areas.
Dr. Agyei Mensah also has research interests in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and has several publications to his name. His knowledge, skills and experience has also earned him the opportunity to speak on several international platforms.
He has received some awards including Verizon Chairman’s Team Leadership Recognition, 2000 and the Individual Excellence Award in 1999.
He is a member of the Association of Computing Machinery Special Interest Group on Computer Science Education (ACM SIGCSE) and International Technology Education Association (ITEA).
