Palm’s Leadership and Executive Team is responsible for the strategic vision of the University. Dr. Peter Carlos Okantey, is the founder and president of the University. He works with an Executive Team and a dedicated team of officers, faculty and staff to manage the formulation and changes in policies, practices and programs that impact the academic and operational life of the University.
