General Requirements & Qualifications
- Applicants must hold a Ph.D. with relevant teaching/administrative and research experience in the required or a related field.
- Applicants with relevant master’s degree with relevant teaching/administrative and research experience will be considered.
- Applicants must be enthusiastic about teaching in a team and hands-on environment. Applicants with prior team-teaching and hands-on experience would help.
- Applicants must demonstrate competence and capability in the use of computer technology for teaching in-person and online.
- Applicant must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Applicants must demonstrate experience in teaching in a liberal arts college/university
- Applicants must demonstrate competence and experience in designing curriculum
Please note:
- Ph.D. candidates preferred
- Mphil holders would be considered
- Experience teaching in a liberal arts college/university
- Evidence of scholarly research and engagements in relevant field
- Industry experience will be an added advantage

The Recruitment and Selection Process
- The recruitment and selection process for the above faculty and administrative positions will continue until the positions are all filled. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a series of interviews.
- The interview process may include phone, Zoom, Google Hangouts and in-person interviews.
- Short-listed candidates would be invited to give a short academic and professional presentation on their vision for the proposed position and department/unit and how it fits into the overall university vision and mission.
