Peter holds a Doctorate Degree and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Strategic Leadership from Regent University’s School of Business and Leadership, Virginia, USA. He holds a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Warner Pacific University.

He holds a teaching certificate from the Presbyterian College of Education in Ghana and a Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Ghana Business School. He has over twenty (20) years of professional work experience including, founding and managing a consulting business and non-profit organization, working within the private and non-profit sectors in leadership positions in Ghana and the United States.

He taught at Portland State University’s School of Business in Portland, Oregon in the United States. He acted as director and full-time faculty at the William Ofori-Atta Institute of Integrity at Central University, Miotso, Ghana. Peter is the founder and president of the Palm University College, a four-year liberal arts University College and Palm University Foundation, U.S based U.S. IRS registered 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation that solely supports the work of Palm University College in Ghana.
